I agree, the bottom line is this...There are a finite # of title companies and a growing # of Johnny come latelys. Damn straight I'm gonna get pissed off if people come into the county undercutting everyone else. Especially these Wal-Mart types who are going after all the work, hiring inexperienced searchers and have them doing full searches in 3 days. Then these same searchers are training the next new searcher.It's absurd. Then these same people have the balls to ask for assistance or a back title . Sour grapes? maybe...Scarcity mentality, I don't think so. Besides a VERY FEW close associates whom I've had the pleasure of working with, I disagree with this touchy feely, lets just all work together bullshit. It just doesn't happen here in NJ.
