Current owner-present owner of property; arms length transaction. Property report, usually the same.
60 year or any statutory search is a full search and should be charged appropriatley.

I have a question here--when doing a "limited" search, back to a PMM, where do you stop? When there is no PMM and I know there won't be, I stop at the acreage deed, usually a developer. But sometimes the land may have been in a family forever and you would have to do a full search to get out of that family and I'm talking about many years. I usually put on my report that I stopped there where the family had the acreage & that anything further would require a full title search. Please tell me what you think. A lot of "current owner" searches are pretty simple but lately I have been having a lot of terrible ones
