I got the same fax from ATM. It is such a pity that we didn't shoot our cost of searches while the market was so hot this year. We could have made a fortune.
I am not, repeat, am not, going to bow down to these small, rude, title companies that want to change their rates. In order to be competitive, ATM wants us to do current owners for $25 or $30.
