Scott: I could not agree with you more. I have been title searching for over 20 years and I am disgusted with this business. I am so close to packing it in and moving to the beach, and I live on the beach!. What about starting out by having some type of get together/conference. Perhaps those that are interested could meet to discuss forming an association, setting standards, and all the other issues that we have mulled over on this board. I'm not saying let's book a flight tomorrow, but to get some of these issues brought to the forefront of this business. I'd spend some money (assuming I get some checks in soon, ha ha) to meet some of you guys and address some issues. There is strength in numbers and it may be time to take this to the next level.
