Don't mass fax, phone calls to vendor management is best, then you can ask if you can fax your information and to attention to whom.

Have you tried the good ole internet search engine? It may take some time, but enter any of the following:
Abstractor needed, abstractor vendor, seeking abstractor, and more. I can tell you of twelve companies that have online applications for abstractors and closing agents. They are easy to complete and you just have to fax your w-9 and other info that they request right after you submit your application online.

Do not discount local title companies either. One such local title company does not have it's own title plant, so they rely on independents.

Search yellow pages too. Also try: document services, document retrievers, title examiners, courthouse examiners, title search, title abstract, I can go on and on and on!
