I try to take the more is better approach to things such as judgments, etc. I give all info to the attorney or company I am sending it to and let them decide how they feel. When I worked for settlement companies that had Title Insurance Underwriters I saw way too many cases where the decision to issue the insurance was based on which underwriter you spoke to. Now this did not happen on black and white things, but in my rural area, you often find a lot of gray areas. And as not to do Unauthorized Practice of Law, I give them as much info as possible, even if I think it is ok and let them decide. Most companies appreciate this and would rather make the decisions themselves anyway.
