Couldn't have said it better myself, Robert. A word of caution is in order, though. Depending on the state in which you live, if the powers-that-be determine that you are interpreting statutory requirements re: judgments, liens, etc., you could find yourself running afoul of the UPL (Unauthorized Practice of Law) statutes, unless, of course, you are a licensed member of the bar. Three words: Disclaimer, Disclaimer, Disclaimer!
