YEAH, ROBERT, for a very well put together message. been getting lots of requests this month from companies wanting update info on my fees.(with intimation to lower them "as best i can") fairly lengthy forms to fill out. they want my social #, (what, do our SSN'S change every year??) address, turn around times, etc. all the same stuff i've filled out in the past. yet, i'd say 80% of these requests did not inquire about experience. this is scary. to repeat what i wrote last week, in all the years i've been doing this, i've not seen such a scramble from these companies. almost to the point of feverish disregard to the abstractor, who has SO gone out of her way to do the job timely, and with knowledge......monica-from-maine
