Just quote them a price...I've never had a problem w/them paying. I did not agree, however, to their "fee reduction". Keep in mind though, their search requests seem to be be those that don't have a good PMM or have other problems that may take more of your time--at least that's the case with the ones they have sent me. And they do not pay the copy fees so you should include that in your price too. Wish you well!
