I do the occasional cell site search and always charge accordingly. The main problem I find with doing them is that I never get any type of survey of the lands involved and I have to spend added time drafting plats and looking for easements that touch the subject property. My fees for cell tower searches are usually inline with commercial searches. But somtimes they can be real easy. You know where some land owner has a forty and it's been in the family for years... as we all know you just don't know what kind of estimate to give on any search prior to taking a quick look at what it's going to involve. And I agree sometimes they just ain't worth doing.
