I too have been asked to reduce my prices. I will not.I am hopeful that the vendor managers will stick with me. Here in Chicagoland, the market is full of cut rate, uninsured abstractors.I applaud all of you hard working abstractors for sticking to your guns. After going thru the incredible boom of 2002 and 2003 I find it insulting to be asked to reduce my already rock bottom fees. Hang in there!
