I've been reading all the posts about clients lowering prices with great interest. Fortunately, I don't do work for these companies and havn't had to deal the the issue yet. It wouldn't surprise me if some of my national clients followed suit though.

I too have noticed new examiners lately. I also noticed that these new examiners come in and complete searches in record time. The only consolation is that I don't think they'll be around as things continue to slow down. There is no way they can survive at cut rate prices with little business.
