A Current Owner Search is running title from when the current owners bought it until today (or when courthouse records are good through). Informing the title company of any open mortgages, judgments, financing statements/tax liens, taxes, etc.
A Purchase Money is looking for a good purchase mortgage that the owners had at the time they took ownership. This does not include private persons, private corporations, only banks or credit unions. A good PMM is ran to 3 owners back or until a good purchase money mortgage is found. I always run a title to this standard, because the current owners may have gotten the prop from a family member, and they may still owe money on this prop.

Providing title work in Caroline, Talbot, Dorchester, Queen Anne's, Wicomico, Worcester and Somerset Counties in Maryland.
24 hour turnaround time.
