Donna,
I was a little shocked when I read your letter. You are pretty lucky to get the fees that you charge Transunion. I am in Maryland and they will only pay $45 for an AA Equity Search. I told her that I would have to increase my fee because the copies and the trip to the courthouse would have me doing this for free and they told me that they have abstractors that will gladly accept that fee. I guess the abstractors that are that hard up to take that fee can have the searches. ATM Corporation was only paying me $15 for update/recording and $5 for a recording without update. I quit them as well.
