There are some pretty serious issues raised on SOT all the time. Trying to put people with lower prices out of buisness because they are trying to make a living is one I have read quite a bit about on this forum. Good or bad I have a copy of the action in front of me right now. I got the copy because I wanted to know if it was true, just like you. I am not too big on providing any more info because of the response I just got, but it is not hearsay. It would not be filed in the county she works in it is filed in the county where the title company is, I would tell more, but frankly I'm sorry for bringing it up!
