I spoke with a mortgage company regarding this fax from Infinity; Household Finance is also requesting this type of service. The owner will know that you will be coming to take a picture, you don't have to schedule a time to do it, the fee I charge is $50. Take a picture of all 4 sides of the house and then email it back to the company. Pretty simple to me.
