I was a Realtor for a few years and there is a name for this - though it escapes me now - but I think they basically want to know there truly is a dwelling at the address given on an application, and a sight appraisal of it. A lot of Realtors did this regularly to supplement their income while waiting on closings. Ask if they are requesting 'sight appraisals'. Maybe that was the term. If so, it was pretty easy stuff if you have the time and the sun is still shining. As I remember, the form they required was also very simple. There's no opinion or true appraisal given, simply a photo of the address they request. Hope this helps.
