Tell me about it. One of my clients told me that they are getting current owner searches for somewhere between $5 and $10 in some counties. I just can't believe this. It's ridiculous. They are supposedly doing a good job but it is killing those of us who don't go to the counties ourselves and actually have people in the field and in our offices.

Is anyone thinking of branching out and offering different services? We collect data on tax liens, judgments, notices of default, etc. but are looking for more clients in that area.

Hopefully these extremely low prices won't drive us out of business.
