Interesting question... my initial reaction was "no way." I thought the light emitting from the screen would be too bright for the scanner to pick up anything.

However, I was able to scan an image from my LCD monitor at the office. Quality was poor, but legible. I tried again from a CRT monitor, and as I originally expected the CRT was to bright and I got nothing.

I would NOT recommend the DocuPen for this type of scanning. It does a good job with paper, but I would not expect it to work well with a computer or Microfisch screen.
