I have taken both of these courses, and so has my boyfriend (My experience is mostly on the escrow side of things, his is in examining). Both of us took the CD-Rom version and mailed or tests in for scoring, so we did do anything online.

Both of us would say that the courses are more of an overview. Good information in them, but probably of the most use to someone who is new in the industry, or who just wants to brush up on their background information.
