Hi All,

Just my two cents worth here. I spent 10 yrs with a national Title company before going out on my own. But when I was with the title company, we started outsourceing to india, and the phillipines. This certain title company is big enough and has enough money to put the programs together that they gather alot of info and sell it cheap to the compaines out of the country. And then can pay very little for a title commitment coming from India or the Phillipines.
This certain title company has a huge amount of records that they have put together over the years and have sold it to many out of the country countries.
Anyway, still, the out of the country companies call only do refi and very easy orders. So i'm not to worried about the work for the local abstractor drying up anytime soon.
