I would love to hear from a title company that has ordered something from them. I would like to know what the quality is like. I am also curious to know if they are E&O insured. I think my E&O carrier would cancel me in a heart beat if I told them I was operating in that manner.

I too was called by an company in India with the same offer. I didn't even take it seriously.

As for returning the search to the client as "unworkable"... can you imagine what your clients would say if you ever did that? I find it more amusing than threatening at this point. I am curious to hear what others have to say. If anyone has any experiences with this company, or others who provide this type of service, please let us all know about it.

Thanks,
Robert A. Franco
