It appears Radian Express has been losing money for the last two years. I got this from their web site; "For the nine months ended September 30, 2003, RadianExpress had revenues of $16.1 million and expenses of $20.3 million, compared to $13.2 million and $17.2 million, respectively, in 2002." Can't keep a losing operation going and lowering our fees would make us a losing operation. Jay
