I agree 100% with Robert and Donna. Knock on wood most of us have not had a claim, but just like auto insurance it is there just in case. A client is not going to just settle for a refund in a fee, but they will want to be reimbursed for whole claim. They can come after you, your home, your car, and anything else of value. Running your own business is risky enough, don't do it without a safety net. Jay
