yes there are 4-5 of them... SOT is the best one Ive seen to this piont. A new company is comming out in the next mo. or so LA INC. Lenders America I think. I took a look at the Idea with the owner a few mo's. back and it seemed good ... I think the Idea is to conect people / companies at both ends of the market.
As it was left I under stand they have 5-6 title company and possably a few large banks just waiting for them to open shop... when this thing takes off it should meean more work for any one down line from the lenders... hope it helps... oh for now stick with SOT it the best Ive seen.
