I agree Robert. Because I know what the requirements are in my state, I know when a judgement can stand up in court and when one can't. I know exactly how long a lien is good for and when it does not apply. There are many in my area that will skip over a lien after one year. Tisk..Tisk... on the company that hired that abstractor....your going to get stung!!! If you don't have the experience and the insurance to back up your abstract...then you shouldn't be doing them. And to the companies that hire these fly by nights....look all of the real abstractors up after you get sued!! "And it's going to happen."
