Whoa Monica,

what (Mo) Missouri county were you looking at? If you look at St. Louis City/County, and Jackson/Clay/Platte (Kansas City) you will see several abstractors. I'm hurt, appalled, sadden that you feel that way. (Do you feel guilty yet? Just kidding). And of course no one lives in those other states, just kidding again. The underwriters and lenders are the ones that require title work and most states support this. Then the most sad part of this is that no one from that state has found SOT yet. Anyone with any other ideas? Jay
