yup, no-pays, slow-pays a huge problem. much more than ever. lousy bk/pg, or none, the norm. confusing searches, ah,huh. things seem to be picking up, here, though, purchase wise.very slow 4-5 months prior. and my feeling in talking to companies, many i've referred to sot, is that they are reading, following, and learning about our complaints. and, my pet peeve of today? when i do invoicing, (my part time sec. is in italy!!) absolutely hate typing in all those stupid trillion (sorry, not being melodramatic,haha) #'s,ya know. order #6
