Sorry that you were taken advantage of by an on-line course, like with everything out there it is BUYER BEWARE!!!

I've also purchased courses and other money making programs either on-line or elsewhere, anything from Carlton Sheets to Real-estate investments, just to find out that rarely can anyone make it work. It actually takes more work and time to make those work than if you learned the business from a REAL company or from someone already in the business.

I've learned that nothing takes the place of experience, either in abstracting or in my real estate investments, and with each one I do I learn something new and different.

Like Scott mentioned, I believe that was one of the reasons the SOT Message Board exists, to warn others of things we've experienced, trends we are observing, items of interest that can either help us or hurt us, and to help one another.

I take it if anybody would e-mail you and asked, you would give them the name of the course?
