Second, you might also want to look into using Dun & Bradstreet Small Business Services. I don't recall their exact website address at the moment, but I'm sure Google can find it for you. They offer a "DunsDemand" collection letter service, and for a nominal fee, they will send your debtor a series of very professional-looking demand letters on D & B stationery. I believe they will also list your debtor as a late payer in their database. It's worth looking into.
