Where I live, a town may be in 3 counties & many clients assume a property is in a certain county. Before I leave for the day, I check the available county info. online (on google, type in qpublic and your state--it's free). Also check the post office site-usps.org. While not 100% reliable, it helps. As a last resort & when in doubt, I call the assessors office. Don't know if this is one of your no find problems but hope it helps!
