I have decided to respond to your false accusation that you posted on Source of Title on 11/13/19.  You purposely posted what you posted on Source of Title and crafted it to completely destroy my business for no reason. Back in August, 2019, I gave you an order for a document retrieval. Then, on 11/12/19, I gave you 11-orders and you charged a different amount from the one in August of 2019 which I already acknowledged. Then later on, I found the one you did in August with a different amount and I questioned it. What did I commit for questioning an invoice discrepancy? Do I not have the right to question what I felt was incorrect?

You are very much aware that the invoices on the 11-orders you did on 11/12/19 are not past due.  You claimed that I refused to pay you. I never refused to pay you. What I told you was that I will use what you charged me in August for the 11-orders and send you the check. As I write this, I have not received a payment from my client but we have already paid you in full. I have clients who are owning me thousands since 2011 but I will never bad mouth them.

Another false statement you made is that I sell mattress. I have never sold mattresses and I don't know where you got that from. Pat tried her best to resolve this issue by sending you a check last week and the balance was mailed on Friday even though the work you did was completed on 11/13/19.  She emailed you that afternoon and informed you about the payments and asked you to remove your false claim to destroy my business on Source of Title, still you have not done it.

You stated that the moral of this story is to tell people to stay away and should not do business with my company. Why did you do that? Is it not to try and destroy my business? That was your intention but you did not realize that clients would not want to do business with somebody like you who can bad mouth them for payment that is not even due. The work was done this November and you have already received your payment. Every company or abstractor will have issues with one another sometime in this business, but that doesn't mean they are scammers or bad people. I have dealt with thousands of abstractors in this business and sure there will be some that will not be happy with you, likewise myself and vice versa. It is nothing new and people will now take note of how cruel you are.
