YES! They are terrible. Thankfully it was only a few searches, but they haven't paid me even though I harrass them every month for the last two years. At this point it's just for fun and to blow off steam that I send my nasty notices, because I'm sure I'll never see my money from the scumbags. They are users. My company has been through hell and back and we've been through some very very hard times, but I have NEVER refused to pay a searcher. NEVER. During my businesses' worst time there were a few times that I had to pay someone very late, but I always communicated and always paid.  

Companies who do this on a systemic basis should be shut down and their owners shouldn't be allowed to reopen another business for at least 5 years! Makes me furious. I see now that you posted that you were paid. Lucky you. I've been emailing them for 2 years, and NOTHING. Who did you email?????
