Hi, Diane I've seen this too across the board but it's not Title Wave it's the ebb and flow.  It's been lower for a lot of people across the board.  I am finding my relationships with my attorneys and working with my local attorneys the most satisfying because all of the companies vie fo r the same clients.  People like the companies I used to work for are farming out and doing as much as can be done online, that's for sure, but I don't think going on strike is going to change this fact.  I would advise you to start dropping off your card at attorneys' offices and you'll find you have an increased client load.
