Why  do you and others  keep  taking orders  from dead beats ?  If someone  owes me

money and will not pay I shut them off.  If they send me another order I simply  return it stating

that they owe  for  so and  so, and no additional work will be considered until their  balance is zero,

and  that they pay a  retainer  of XXXX dollars  until I  and not them decide what the  work

arrangement   will be.  Why do you  give  total  control to the  dead beats?  It is theft.  Shut them

off.
