Yup.  It's true, I'm suing Global Data t/a Title Prep in Towson, MD.  I filed my case in 2015!!!    Yes. I know they say they're out of business....

I ask ALL of you to help me prepare my case.   Specifically, my claim states the company and employees/owners committed a fraud by ordering work they fully knew would not be paid.  Furthermore, I believe that their strategy of jumping from one abstractor to another was a pattern to evade debt due and perpetrate their fraud on the next abstractor.  That's what I allege and hope to prove.

If you don't agree.  My apologies for this contact.  If you do agree, I ask you to send me a written statement, signed and NOTARIZED, that explains your position on the matter along with the amount they owe you.    Also include in your letter reference to any attachments you might have regarding direct correspondence with any the owners and/or employees.     Did you  bring suit in your local jurisdiction?  If so, did you do interrogatories?  What was your case # and outcome?

 I'm particularly interested in getting a handle on the scope of their debt prior to trial.  Hate to say it, but I think our collective debt could be in the millions of dollars! 

 Finally, I'm keen to find out who did work for them in MD, DE or DC in 2014 and 2015.  If that's you, please get in touch with me. I predict that they owed you money and then moved onto my business to continue the alleged pattern of deceit and theft.   But of course, that's alleged and up to the Court to decide!
