I do not know where you are located but I am experiencing the EXACT same thing this week!
I am in Indiana, and I do think it makes a difference
where you are. It has been a very slow year so far
for us. I only cover 2 counties (along with my husband) but I do have a large client base. I am
also experiencing low volume, difficult searches being
ordered as "current owners" (the kind where they have
owned it for 50 yrs, have many outsales, judgments
etc..), and also the slow payment. I've been aroud for a long time too, but the searchers here usually talk
and some of us do tell each other if we are experiencing a slow down. (Misery loves company!)
All we can do is hang in there!!!
