Hi, Christina. I don't normally reply to these E-mails, but I wanted to tell you that usually after a month or so of dealing with a company, you will be able to tell if they are a good client or not. If they send you a large volume of work, when you have title searches that do take several hours to complete, especially the liens and judgments, then it evens out over all for the title searches that have not been so difficult. You just need to give it time before you make your decision not to work for that company. If after a month or so you are only receiving difficult searches, with no easy title searches, you might need to make a decision not to work with that company at that point.
