That is a good idea. The reason we stop by to pick up the check is because the manager of the title company said to do it on 4/6/2004. So we did have recorded documents. And my brother in law to be is an attorney. So he consult with him. You know, know one wants to go to jail, but we also have friends in the Newspaper industry, and in the news at 5, 6 and 11. Especially in the Hipanic community. The title company knows about this, so I guess that is why, they paid.

But I do have to go with Rich, try to avoid the jail issue when it comes to collect your money.
