Mark, does your county allow you to scan docs, most or all in NY do not. If this company is scanning docs why can't everyone else? For that matter why can't you or anyone else have your oun disks from the county for $79. Sounds like a bargin to me, I'd show up and say "how do I get my $79 disks of the last 20 years?"
