I am not sure what all they want me to list, This particular client has sent me 2 current owners, Both searches were loaded with judgements liens, mortgages, tax deed, foreclosures etc,this last search will take a couple of hours on comp at courthouse to list( just judgments and liens, I already spent an hour on real estate). I do not have that kind of time for each search, I have my regular clients and I have problem searches maybe twice a year with them, I was afraid this new customer might have only problem searches, at reg price I cannot do them.
