Strange... Slade could probably be more help, than I, but to let you know what I can, the chat application runs from a thrid party server and it has worked well in our tests. It does require a Java enabled browser. If you are using Internet Explorer, you can go to the following link to install the Sun Java Virtual Machine, which may help.

I see that you (Monica) are logged in, but since you aren't able to see it, the Sun Java Virtual Machine may help.
