I did take a look at the new website that Jan is interim VP of. It looks very professional, well put together. The thing I did not like was the price to become a member. The thing I like about SOT is the fee, what is the fee, oh yeah, FREE!!!!

I, at this point, do not need to pay a fee to generate any more business, that is just as bad as the national notary companies that want to charge me to be on their "list". I have been in this long enough now that I have learned the way to grab new business by the horns and now they call me. I got a copy of the HOT LISt to make sure I have all of the "HOT" companies and really would like to see a nice "SH*T List" again but some people don't like that list, probably the people that are on it.


Well, I rambled on for a minute, I have 3 counties and tons of refi's today to do. Take care all.
