What do you feel is the best way to contact these customers? Mailings? Cold calls? Joining associations? Shannon had mentioned Junior JC's. When you say local counties do you determine them by milage? California is a large state with large counties, I think maybe 50+? The counties in turn are large. Jay, you mentioned the next step of dropping clients or hiring someone... do any of you use a buddy system? Having a list of abstractors you know in the area and referring jobs to them?
