... or better yet, give your customer the web address for this site and let them choose from the many registered members. "give a man a fish and he eats for day, teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime." :-)

Your customer would most certainly appreciate the info, and it would be useful to them many times over.

Although, if you are "familiar" with a particular abstractor and know that they provide a high quality product, then by all means mention them specifically. You can't get a better referal than personal experience.
