Hi Annette,

You can use filemakepro to:

1. Make a title program as well as a database program it is very very user friendly and I our business off of it. On it I have forms for full searches, O&E/current owner searches, mortgage searches etc.

2. You can also use it to integrate your customers with invoices as well.

I have the whole template for it, I created the program myself, if you are interested please email me or post here. Good luck!

If you dont want to spend the money on filemakepro any database program can just about do.
