Well, those fees are extremely low; especially for a full title. I am in Georgia too & have had companies call me & tell me "thanks anyway" or just hang up on me when I tell them how much I charge which is a little lower than what you charge & a lot more than what you were offered. Then again, I have gotten several good customers (thanks to this site) for "1 owner" searches & document retrieval; fair fees and have never had a problem w/any of them paying. Hope you won't do title work for those low fees! If you do, good luck and have fun!!
