I've been working with Ameristar about five years now. I can't reccomend them enough. They pay on time and consistantly, their staff is friendly and they seem to understand and appreciate the work we do in the field.

One Ameristar practice that I really appreciate is their use of your invoice number on their order form. When they pay this number is shown on the voucher. It has saved me many hours of matching my invoices to their payments.

As to their "price expectation", I don't think this is anything more than a statement of what they would like to pay. It's like if you were shopping for a car, you might tell the salesman what you "expect" to pay but with no real expectation he will respond by offering to sell at that price.

I would recommend that you respond simply by giving them the fees you would charge any other high volume reputable vendor management company. I don't think they are asking you to lower your fees, only to give them your best fee. If your experience with them is as good as mine, I think you will agree they deserved it.
