Excellent company. Pay every 2 weeks. They do have a program you have to download and use. It takes some getting used to, but extremely automated. Also, you have to type in the complete legal discription on their report. But their timely payments plus they are pretty easy to work with as long as you do it their way. They also discount fees if it is not exactly right (pretty knit picky, like typos and not putting a period at the end of the sentence.)However, they give bonuses if the work is exceptional, especially if you get it in before the time specified.
