I agree Robert. We are all entitled to our opinion but these guys need to take it to their own personal email accounts and not in this forum. We all have our opinions about certain title companies and we are entitled to them but slander and opinions are fine lined. I still say the "SH*T List" and "HOT List" are worth their weight in gold, no matter what.
